The HTS-T7 MEMS inclinometer is built around a dual-axis attitude sensing unit, temperature detector, signal processing circuit, rugged enclosure and supporting software, engineered to capture platform horizontal attitude angles.
Boarding a miniaturized mechanical package, it adopts comprehensive compensation algorithms covering full-temperature range, installation misalignment and nonlinearity. Such design enables steady high-performance readings across static, dynamic and severe working environments. It outputs stabilized, error-corrected measurement data to users through high-speed RS-422 serial communication.
This MEMS inclinometer maintains accurate measurements reliably, for static setups, dynamic operations as well as extreme working conditions.
