Three axis MEMS accelerometer HTS-E3/5 is a high precision navigation grade acceleration sensor with excellent performance in bias repeatability, low noise, dynamic range and temperature drift etc., this MEMS Accelerometer composed of a three-axis MEMS accelerometer chip and its drive pickup circuit, temperature sensor, digital signal processing circuit, structure and software, and is used to measure the three-axis acceleration of the carrier in real time. 

The HTS-E3/5 MEMS accelerometer is compensated with a temperature sensor, and passed strictest tests before out of factory. This item is a ideal option for unmanned systems like UAV flight control system, UAV flight stabilization, gimbal and antenna orientation, ROV navigation and control system.
