The Model HTS-175 accelerometer is a miniature triaxial piezoresistive MEMS accelerometer, specially designed for crash testing, it features light-weight, wide-frequency response. Two optional range are available for selection 500g and 2000g full scales. The HTS-175 3-axis MEMS accelerometer uses the latest piezoresistive MEMS sensitive element accelerometer, which provides excellent dynamic response and stability. Built-in full-bridge temperature compensation within the range of 0~50, lateral sensitivity <3%. The HTS-175 piezoresistive accelerometer adopts sealing processing technology and can work for a long time in oily or splashing areas. The advanced MEMS structure design ensures the product's outstanding shock survivability and frequency response within 7KHz without obvious distortion and phase shift.
