HTS-K1/2 series single axis MEMS Gyroscope is composed of a domestic-made MEMS gyroscope chip with independent intellectual property rights and their driving pickup circuit, temperature sensor, digital signal processing circuit, etc. This MEMS gyroscope is a high performance silicon-based MEMS inertial sensor, it has built-in full temperature compensation algorithm, and outputs high-precision measurement data through high-speed RS422 serial port.
