HTS-E3/7 High cost-effective three-axis MEMS gyroscope products are composed of domestic MEMS gyro chip with independent intellectual property rights and its driving pickup circuit, temperature sensor, digital signal processing circuit and control software, built-in all-temperature compensation, installation error compensation and other algorithms, through high-speed RS422 serial port output high-precision measurement data. The products are divided into industrial grade and military grade (working temperature -55℃~+85℃).
HTS-E3/7 three–axis MEMS Gyroscope is a tactical grade MEMS gyro module, with ultra high precision (Bias instability 5°/h, ARW 0.5°/√h), which is a high cost-effective, reliable and high accurate MEMS gyroscope, which is integrated with 32-bit micorocontrollers, and electronic axis alignment is by default. Each axis is factory calibrated to calibrate zero bias, sensitivity and compensate for temperature effects, providing high accuracy measurements. The MEMS Gyroscope module is powered by a single +5V supply and communicates via an RS422 interface.
